Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and dispatch your items within 1–2 business days.

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

Express Delivery: Your order will arrive within 1–2 business days.

We want your experience with Pluggedin to be exceptional. If, for any reason, you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return your order.

To begin the return process, simply send an email to supportthennow@gmail.com with your order number.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at supportthennow@gmail.com and attach a photo clearly showing the issue.

We will prioritize your request and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost. In accordance with our policy, you will not be required to return the defective item.

All approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your email notification and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that while we process refunds as quickly as possible, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

To ensure the sustainability of this policy, Pluggedin reserves the right to monitor the frequency of return requests.
